【CTDG Dry Drum Magnetic Separator】
Brief
CTDG Dry Drum Magnetic Separator is a high-efficiency magnetic pre-separation equipment for materials with big size, such as lump iron ore, mill sales and other ferrous metals. The equipment has high magnetic induction intensity to attract the ore with size up to 350mm, and can be applied with various model belts according to the customers’ demands. It is mainly used at the pre-separation stage to rejecting excess gangues

Maximize recovery of ferrous minerals
High performance NdFeb magnet design provide the most effective method of ferrous minerals recovery.
Minimize Maintenance
Wear resistant non-magnetic drum skin. Permanent magnet drums are built using high intensity non-deteriorating material. So not only is no power required to the magnet, but it will also provide maximum magnetic force for the lifetime of the machine. High permeability magnetic circuit to minimize stray magnetic fields, prolonging their life.
Optimize Throughput
Deep field magnet systems penetrate through the product burden and remove the maximum amount of ferrous metal. This allows for a higher throughput of material to be separated efficiently.

Applications
